  A bit conflicted about this rating. On one hand they repaired my garage door in the past and did a great job in a timely manner and an excellent price. However recently I’ve been trying to hire them to install openers at a different property and they continue to lead me on with the availability to the point where I have cancelled the project entirely for now. Several weeks have passed where I’m told they will be coming Monday only for Monday to come and go with no sign of them, a text saying they’re gonna do it Thursday or Friday, and then those days come and go and another text saying “early next week” only for the cycle to repeat again. I understand if you’re busy and cant get to my project for a few weeks. Just communicate that properly to your client so expectations aren’t something completely different from reality. If you were up front about your availability, or showed up when you said you were going to, I would not have had the opportunity/desire to cancel the job. All that said this is not a damnation of your company or product. You do great work. Your logistics just need some tightening up. I may yet bring my business to you later on but for now I’ll be saving the money.

  the worst contractor. Took over a year for the door to come dented and only half the panels insulated. I paid them in good faith that they would fix the problems they said they would. Crickets
