We had some issues getting our doors to open and close as they aged. We got a few quotes and Finger Lakes was the best price by a bit. My parents had used them a few times and had great experiences . They came out 2 weeks ago and installed 3 new garage doors and one opener. They got it all done in about 5 hours and they look fantastic and go up and down like a dream! I did need a minor change and they came out right away and happily made the change requested. I highly recommend you use them for any repair or replacement jobs! High quality doors and skilled installation!

A bit conflicted about this rating. On one hand they repaired my garage door in the past and did a great job in a timely manner and an excellent price. However recently I’ve been trying to hire them to install openers at a different property and they continue to lead me on with the availability to the point where I have cancelled the project entirely for now. Several weeks have passed where I’m told they will be coming Monday only for Monday to come and go with no sign of them, a text saying they’re gonna do it Thursday or Friday, and then those days come and go and another text saying “early next week” only for the cycle to repeat again. I understand if you’re busy and cant get to my project for a few weeks. Just communicate that properly to your client so expectations aren’t something completely different from reality. If you were up front about your availability, or showed up when you said you were going to, I would not have had the opportunity/desire to cancel the job. All that said this is not a damnation of your company or product. You do great work. Your logistics just need some tightening up. I may yet bring my business to you later on but for now I’ll be saving the money.

Tim and the entire crew are really fantastic! They did a great job on my garage doors and were very creative in installing the drive rails above a storage area without having to move beams as I was told by other suppliers. Tim was very patient answering all my questions on time. I never felt like I was bothering them. After the wonderful installation they did, I did not like the quality and placement of the handles. Tim sent Kevin to install other handles that I approved. I highly recommend Finger Lakes Garage Doors. They are professional, give you options, listen to your concerns, and provide great value.
