They called to cancel the day before in the middle of a heat wave, stating they have to prioritize other customers. We waited a month for our appointment, and I would have been okay with rescheduling for later this week. The next appointment is a month away. What if they need to prioritize other customers then too? Will not work with this company for service or to purchase the new unit we plan to get at the end of the season.

The team at Alpine Air Heating and Air Conditioning was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. Installation was smooth, clean, and completed exactly as promised. Our home is cooling beautifully now, and we immediately noticed the difference in comfort and efficiency. It’s hard to find companies today that truly care about customer service, but the team at Alpine absolutely delivered. Highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC service or a new central air system!

Chris was the inside guy, went downstairs and he got right to work. He was also happy to answer my endless questions (when he was done) and didn't seem bothered by it. Payment by card was easy. These gentlemen were professional, efficient and polite. Good job to them and Alpine Air for having them.

First day of the installation it was raining, they set up an awning in the driveway to keep everything dry and put drop clothes through the house so they didn’t leave footprints through the house. Their work is neat, everyone was amazingly friendly and professional, and they finished on time. Alfonso is amazing and kept in touch, and Shaun Parr was fantastic. Reasonable price, quick turn around. Could not recommend them more.
