Delshawn was very knowledgeable about the products. Then the install was another great experience, prior to the install, my floors were creeky, when Alvin the flooring installer finished the job, all the creeks were GONE! Alvin did an excellent job!!! It has been a long time since I got service like this I am very happy with this job.

- ABAlecia BarrettDec 20, 20171.0WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Flooring is beautiful however it was a nightmare to deal with the sales associates. I never received a phone call when my flooring came in. Part of my order was to be shipped directly to me, it was shipped to the wrong address. They suggested I go to that address and pick up my flooring that had been sitting in the snow for several days. Obviously I said that was not an option. My flooring was reordered and FedEx would not deliver to my home based on how damaged the packaging and flooring. I had to go to FedEx and pick up my flooring and go through what was salvageable. I have called Lumber Liquidators 5 times and can never get anyone to help me and the manager is never available and will not call me back. I will never do business with Lumber Liquidators ever again and will never recommend anyone do business their either.
