  Brennan was one of the nicest and most helpful techs i've ever worked with for just about anything on the house. Sometimes it can be difficult when you don't know much about the systems that they're working on, but he seemed very trustworthy, and just wanted to help and do a good job without trying to give us a sales pitch. I would use John Lock again for anything hvac related, and I also would highly recommend them to anyone else. Very fair pricing and it was a great experience.

  Brennan provided excellent service—very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He had our AC/heat back up and running in no time and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. Highly recommend Brennan!

  I highly recommend John Locke for HVAC. When my AC stopped cooling, I called on a Monday morning and they were able to get me onto their schedule the same day.Their technician Chris came out to my house at the end of the day and even though he couldn’t reach me on my cell phone because T-Mobile was having an outage, he still came out at close to 5 o’clock. He was able to diagnose and fix my issue in under an hour and the price he charged was very reasonable to replace the compressor and add Freon. I’m a very happy customer.
