  Ryan and the Bright Side Team were amazing, our knights in shining armor! We had just moved into a new house and had a beautifully finished basement, but little did we know that a terrible leak was brewing and we were in need of MAJOR work. They came within hours (during Thanksgiving, no less!) with their power fans and drapes and got everything cleaned up - quick and clean. They helped us take care of all the insurance red tape and were overall a pleasure to work with -- chasing answers and helping us get the basement refinished to our desire. As someone who works in public relations, I cannot underscore how they became our partner every step of the way. We hope to never need them again, but will 10/10 recommend them to others every time!

  Ryan and the team at Brightside Restoration were outstanding from start to finish. Ryan was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled the right way every step of the process. After a pipe burst in our home, I called Brightside and Ryan was there that same day. Crews were in the house the next day to start the cleanup and did an amazing job. I wasn’t aware a service like this existed. Ryan was able to provide an electrician and contractor to make sure we can get our lives back in order asap. We really appreciate you everything!

  I would highly recommend Bright Side Restoration, Inc. My Basement flooded and I called Bright Side Restoration, Inc to request an estimate. I spoke with Ryan and he was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and most important to me, kind. He understood I was overwhelmed and calmly walked me through the damage and explained what my options were. He didn't take advantage and overcharge, instead Ryan was able to work with me to come up with a solution so I could afford the unexpected expense. Ryan put me on the schedule quickly, and the crew he assigned to complete my job arrived on time and they worked well together to get my job done as fast as possible. They were hard working, efficient, friendly and did an excellent job cleaning up and mitigating the mold after all the water damage. If you are reading this review I honestly hope you don't need to call a restoration company because dealing with a damaged home can be devastating - at least it was for me. However, if something unfortunate happens and you do require restoration assistance, please seriously consider Bright Side Restoration. Also don't just take my word, check out the website and reviews to confirm the company can meet your needs. Then once you've done your due diligence, if everything is satisfactory, give Ryan a call and a chance to earn your business, you won't regret it!

  Ryan and the Bright Side team were very responsive in a water damage scenario impacting my basement. They helped guide through the insurance claim process as well as get the mitigation work completed very efficiently. They connected me with a contractor to rebuild the area which helped in ensuring my basement was restored to its original form before the flood damage. Would recommend for this type of service
