  Had Michael come out for an estimate which went well. After receiving the estimate I had questions as there were things missing or just not in the estimate. A skylight and windows. I emailed Michael May 6,2026. And even texted about this. I never received a response.

  These guys were so fantastic to work with. They came out shortly after I called up for a quote and gave me a very fair price. The crew was out here at my house the very next week and worked FAST Now in fairness, I have a very small home, but it was awesome that they got the entire roof done in a single day. They came back the next day to do the gutters. Everything looks great, very well installed, everyone I spoke through throughout the whole process was more than happy to talk me through what they were doing and how things were going. I couldn't recommend them enough

  Michael at Roofaroo was great! Their crew came in right when we needed them, did a great job, and all for a fair price! Super easy to get a hold of as well. Would definitely recommend.

  A month ago I wrote a good review for these guys. Unfortunately, a month later, I am not happy with their service the second time around. Roof-a-Roo came to my house a second time in February to shovel my roof and the damage they did to my heating coils is beyond words. I realize their goal was to get the snow off the roof as carefully as their invoices says, but they were not careful the second time. They left my heat coils hanging over the back of my house and many of the brackets that held the wires up there, were down on my deck under all the snow. Additionally, they are high priced and not fair. I live in a community of 71 homes and apparently Michael went around to a few homeowners quoting them different prices than me, and we all have the same homes. How very unprofessional...rest assured I will never use them again and I will be sure to spread the word. Good luck if you are going to use them.
