  Domenico Campagna was very professional and competent but unable to fully resolve the problem we had because the resource he needed was not available on a Sunday. He was very good at giving us options including a temporary fix while we await additional repairs. His personal rating would clearly be a 5; the 4 rating on this visit is because issac has not resolved the core problem yet. Seems a lot to pay a service visit fee plus another diagnostic fee later

  We had our two mini splits serviced. One deep cleaned and the other regular maintenance. Both appear to be working better, especially the one that is older and was deep cleaned.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I specifically contacted this company to sign up for their Gold Care Club. I was told that having my units serviced was a requirement to enroll in the program and that the service would cost $34 with the Gold Care enrollment, so I agreed and scheduled the appointment. What no one bothered to tell me was that the Gold Care program was supposedly being discontinued. The membership department never mentioned this when I scheduled the service, no one called me before the appointment to let me know, and even the technician did not mention it when he arrived. It wasn’t until AFTER the service was completed that we were told we could not enroll in Gold Care because the program was being discontinued—and instead of the $34 I was expecting to pay based on what I had been told when scheduling, I was charged $219. That is my biggest issue. I agreed to the service based on the information and pricing provided to me by their membership department. My units are practically brand new and in excellent condition, and I would not have scheduled a $219 service. I only agreed to the appointment because it was presented as a requirement for enrolling in Gold Care at a cost of $34. To make matters even more frustrating, as of today, their website is STILL advertising the Gold Care program. Yet I was told, only after the service had already been completed, that the program was being discontinued and I could not enroll. This is extremely poor communication and customer service. If the program was no longer available, I should have been informed BEFORE the appointment and given the choice to cancel rather than being presented with a $219 charge after the work was already done. Customers should be able to rely on the pricing and information they are given when scheduling a service. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled.

  The representative was on time. He put his booties on and explained what he was going to do. He told me when done with furnace and moving on to air conditioner.. He was very friendly and fully explained what he found.

  I contacted Isaac for a repair on a boiler. They came and repaired it. The visit and diagnostic cost was over $450. I was then charged an additional $825 for the 2 parts that needed replacing. I did some online research regarding the parts, and the parts cost between $35-$45 each. Then... I asked Issac to send someone to give me a quote on a new boiler. I was told it would cost $14,000+. After receiving quotes from 3 other well known contractors, I found Issac to be $7,500 more from the best quote I received. $500 away from being almost double the cost!!! I cannot recommend using a company that is more than willing to severely overcharge people.
