  Nick came to perform routine maintenance on both furnace and A/C today. He was great! Very thorough went through all the tests and explained results to me in a professional and friendly manner. These guys always show up when they say they are going, very happy with our service from them.

  I had a good review when they came to maintain my furnace for last winter. But I would like to update that. After the service they convinced me to sign a maintenance service program with them. I didn’t realize that I was obliged because it was a contract to stay with them for two years. So yesterday I called to have them service, my air conditioner, and two heat pump, air conditioners, and they said that they would not be able to get to me until September. I needed them clean for this summer not for next summer. Meanwhile, they’re collecting almost $100 from me per month. This is criminal. This is wrong.

  Ben and his trainees were the best, very respectful,and professional, Ben was very informative as to everything he was doing and explained everything to me that he was doing while installing my central air, he also caught an issue with my furnace. I highly recommend Isaac heating and Air to anyone. Troy was wonderful as well when doing the initial consultation, Thank you to all of you!!!

  Today we had our air-conditioning unit and our tankless water heater serviced by Nick from Isaac heating and cooling. Very nice gentleman did an excellent job. Everything was good to go. He was on time and very polite. I love the fact that he wears stuff on his shoes so he doesn’t get my house dirty. I thought that was very professional. We were very happy with the service. We have the gold plan and it is worth the money.
