  I woke up with my furnace blowing cold air on a Saturday morning. I called Suburban on an emergency service to come Saturday morning. They arrived around noon to tell me that they need an inducer motor. They said the office is closed and can’t order the part until Monday, but we can give you space heaters until then. It requires an $80 deposit and you will see your money back once they take them back. The space heaters did nothing and my house got down to 30 degrees on Sunday morning. They call me on Monday to tell me that we can order the part and it’s going to take a couple days. I said, “you are kidding! You can’t get that overnighted?!? I have an emergency here, I actually paid extra for an emergency service!” I get a call back about an hour later to tell me they had the part the entire time and would be there to fix on Monday. Unfortunately too late, had some pipes burst from the extreme cold. Also, week and a half later after I called about the deposit, still waiting for the $80 to come back. Terrible

  Suburban Services was a pleasure to deal with, from the sales to the service. The service contract is a must as they do the PM without being called. Also, the warranty service was repaired in a timely manner. Great company to deal with, I highly recommend them.

  Great job! Generator installation- Everyone I worked with was professional. The price was reasonable and the work was done timely.

  Scheduling a service was extremely easy. I called and spoke to someone right away, told her what we were replacing and the installers showed up a few hours later. The two installers were very friendly and professional. They put protection down on the floors and wore booties, which I appreciated. Not many companies do that. Install went great, I would definitely recommend.

  Ethan and Alex were great to deal with for my terrible heating/hot water issues. They installed a new boiler for me and adjusted their schedules to help get my house back. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer.
