  Suburban Services is always great to work with from sales to service. I always recommend them to anyone who asks me. The services are all reasonably priced. They fully communicate at every step of the process.

  The staff has been very cooperative in working with my house concerns, figuring what is needed, getting the service to come timely. The servicemen has been courteous in all ways in making me comfortable with them being in my home. Mini splits look over, generator serviced, so far.

  I installed a 3 head mini split unit in my daughter's home 2 years ago. They installed it on the home vs on a pad. Subsequently I complaint of vibration in the home from that installation. They responded with tightening some bolts and adding insulation. That was 15 months ago. The vibration has continue and I now have a window that has broken, most likely from the vibration. I spoke to Ethen (The Service Mgr, who refused to provide a last name) and since we are at the 2 year mark he would not entertain any warranty obligation even though the issue was reported within the 1st yr. His offer was that I could pay $99 for a service call but moving to the ground would cost thousands of $. Here is a Company that does not truly care about their customers

  My air conditioner stopped working Thursday evening. I called Suburban the next morning. They gave me the option of same day for a little extra or schedule next week. I asked for same day and they told me it would be after lunch before there was any chance any of the technicians would be free but they would call me before arriving. Brian called later that afternoon, told me he was 30 ish minutes away. Brian took not time in diagnosing the problem, walking me through each step of what he was looking at. A bad contractor which he replaced with one from his truck and my A/C is back up and running. It’s an old unit with the old 410 but Brian didn’t try for the upsale, no end of the world tragic story on why I needed to replace today. Just the repairs I needed to make my home comfortable again! Highly recommend this company and I will be contacting them later to see how much a new unit will cost. But as Brian said, this will at least get me through this summer!

  We had Elizabeth as our rep who walked us through everything and talked to us answered every question no matter how small she was fantastic to work with. Emmitt and Alex D. Were great they spent all day working to install our new generator they were awesome. Talked us through everything I can’t say enough positive things about the team we got to work with. Highly recommend.
