  Bought 80K BTU furnace with A.C. Took 2 days to install. Supervisor was the same one when Suburban installed our last furnace 22 yrs ago. Love the A.C. Everything worked as expected. Only a few places I had to put metal tape on furnace because of minor leaks but I’m a perfectionist so it’s nothing new to me. Installers were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Suburban Services.

  Fantastic experience and our technician Brian was really great. Came home from work yesterday and our AC was not working. Didn't think I would get anyone out here for a service call after 6pm. Called and the answering service got me dispatched quickly - Brian was at my house within an hour. Replaced a part and it was all fixed in 15 minutes. Such a huge relief in this hot weather! Highly recommend Suburban Services Group - they are fantastic.

  The Josh's did an excellent job installing a new natural gas line for my Emergency Generator. They cleaned up the installation work areas well. We are very pleased with the quality and efficiency of their service and work. Doug & Theresa Davis

  Overall, it was a great experience working with the team from Suburban Services, The initial quote process was easy and they provided an assessment of my home’s heating and cooling needs before recommending the right size products. The installers Evan and Alex did a great job with the installation and kept me updated on progress and informed throughout the install.
