- LLlethaldone1 day ago1.0Stay away from this place! They are liars and scammers! All they care about is selling you a new unit. They came to allegedly put refrigerant in my unit and the service rep said they didn’t put the refrigerant on his truck. They lied about coming back the next day. They never showed but they had the nerve to send me a survey. This company has gone down hill. Do yourself a favors and stay away from them.
- P3Proverbs 312 days ago5.0Another company charged us almost 3000.00 to fix our central air. When they couldn't, they skipped out on us. I called Isaac HVAC and spoke with a rep in Rochester who was very empathetic to our situation. We are seniors with heart conditions and the temp was reaching 98°. We were put on the list for a very short wait time. Jordan came to our rescue. He was polite, on time and very attentive to what we were telling him regarding the air and the problems fixing it. He was done within an hour or so. The price was VERY fair. I am just amazed at the level of honesty, professionalism, courtesy and knowledge that stands behind this company. Isaac HVAC is the best. Hands down. Thank you all so very much.

I truly believe if any other company came I would have paid 3 to 4 times more because they would have said I needed unnecessary equipment and services. Taylor solved the issue and I will be a life long customer thanks to him.

Even though the house is somewhat under a complete remodel, he still put blankets down to walk on showing that he does go that extra mile. When hiring this job out, we did are homework like always, had several quotes, and hoped we made the rite choice. The entire process was flawless, and a pleasant experience. Shout out to Corey as well, the sales rep who came out for our estimate. He was also very knowledgeable of his trade and answered all our questions. Going forward this will be a no brainer, I will continue to use Isaac heating and cooling in the future. I'm sure when they come back next week to clean the duct work, we will have the same kind of professionalizm we received today. Thank you all!!
