He inspected our ducts and concluded that they had been recently cleaning and that it wasn’t a service that we needed at this time. We will definitely call Isaac Heating in the future for our HVAC needs.
- TDThomas DepasaualeAug 11, 20261.06 yrs ago had a rheem heating/central air nstalled by this co. No problems until now. Condenser fan was short cycling. First thing Isaac guy Jordan told me, it was the fan motor, they are all failing and have to be replaced. He told me people were pissed. I told him i had a 10 year warranty on parts. He didn't even check to see if it could have been some other issue. It was a failed motor.Those motors should last 10-15yrs. He showed me the estimate, it was $570.00 to install the new fan motor, plus I had to pay the $129.00 diagnostic charge for coming to my house. So, for 2 hours worth of work on a $270 part under warranty. I paid them more than $300 per hour for the install. They could have thrown in a bottle of lube. Sad part is, the kid didn't really care customers are being taken advantage of. Jordan also dropped a screw in the condenser and forgot to re-install one on my condenser cover. 😔
- NGNatalie GJul 31, 20262.0My AC unit was not pumping air throughout the house. The furnace blower was apparently broken, which was freezing the lines. First technician came out and replaced the compressor motor instead of the furnace. It was the dead of a heat spell in Buffalo NY (July), within two days the AC was broken again. They sent Dallas(Tech)out for the second assessment, he diagnosed the problem right away, ordered the part, however when the part finally arrived it was broken. Dallas installed a universal motor so I could at least be relieved from the heat untill the new motor arrived. I appreciate him so much. Then the new motor came in and it was the wrong one. By time everything was said and done it took about a month to get the proper part installed. I was not pleased with this delay. I was however very happy with Dallas’s expertise, improvisations, customer service, and most of all honesty and integrity.
