He explained all items on the unit's checklist as he changed or replaced them. Left my property as if he was never there. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable. I'd book Dennis again in a minute! Very pleased with the attention to detail while making my Generac look and run like new!

Service included: oil and filter change, replace 2 spark plugs after verify the gap, compression testing both cylinders, wiping down the cabinet and engine, replacing the air filter. Load testing the generator. This year he installed a new Interstate battery and used a marker to note the date on the battery. My old one is 4 years old. And leaking a bit around the posts. This is something you want to work in a blizzard, well worth the cost to me.
