  Nick Piracci with Cellino Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric was an absolute gem of a plumber/technician to work with. I just purchased my first home and when calling Cellino I asked if they did a 'first time home buyers inspection' to which I was informed that they did not. However, Nick made my experience comfortable and explained everything from the moment he got there for the estimate/inspection to the moment he left. I was obviously very nervous with my new home and he walked me through my water equipment, plumbing, sewer, and anything else that I had questions about that he felt comfortable answering/had expertise on. If he didn't have the expertise he found the answer or led me in the right direction which is extremely telling! He jumped in and helped with several would-be projects/damages as he found them and explained any additional issues he found that would add on to the final price if I chose to fix them/gave me several options each time before completing them. One of my door jams broke while he was there and he jumped right in to help me (as an example of going above and beyond). I highly recommend this company and especially Nick for anything to do with plumbing, especially if you have many questions/are entering a home with DIY projects leftover that you have no idea what to do/how they were working in the first place. Everything went smoothly and I appreciate everything Nick did for/with me over the three days he was on my property.

  We had backup in our basement. We were quoted almost $25,000 from another company. I called Cellino to come give us a second opinion and they told us we didn’t even need half of the work quoted by the other company. Cellino came out a week or so later and fixed the issue in one day for a much more reasonable price. They were respectful, did a great job and left our basement spotless.

  My husband and I are very pleased with the work Adam did in repairing our two toilets. He was courteous and efficient. We would recommend this young man to everyone 👍
