  I had a great experience working with Bison Iron and Step. Dave was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, stayed on schedule, and got everything done quickly. He also took the time to explain things and provide information, which I really appreciated. Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

  I spent over one thousand dollars to this company to fabric two rails for our front steps. After the rails were installed I notified the liner I was unhappy because the rails have high spots, clearly they never sanded the iron before painting and shipping. They promised come and address, they never came or called to reschedule. This spring the rails began to rust and paint is chipped, The owner said it’s because of our weather. I knows it’s because of poor quality work. I recommend you go on Amazon, and buy the cheap Chinese rails for a $150.

  I had Bison Iron & Step install two outdoor hand railings in October 2025. They were very prompt and efficient with the installation, the price was very reasonable, and the railings look super! I can't thank Dave and his crew enough! Highly recommend!!
