- SGSophiko G.Aug 10, 20261.0I called three separate times regarding a water heater and was explicitly told to come in to submit the paperwork. After wasting an entire morning doing exactly what they asked, I was told they didn't even have the item in inventory and that I would have to drive to Queens.This is one company, yet their locations are completely incapable of working together digitally or communicating inventory accurately. This run-around is exactly why it is better to buy from big-box retailers who actually respect your time and have functional inventory systems. Avoid this place.
