  Absolutely outstanding customer service! My heater started leaking, so I needed to have it exchanged. I came in with the heater’s serial number sticker and reference number ready, and Michael was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everything was smooth, simple, and completely hassle-free. Once everything was ready, Michael helped me arrange a driver right away, and my replacement heater was delivered within an hour! That kind of efficiency and customer service is hard to find these days. A huge shout-out to the driver as well! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by helping me move the heater to the exact location where I needed it. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. The customer service was top notch, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone genuinely made an effort to make the process as easy as possible. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality supplies and, more importantly, exceptional customer service 👍

  I called three separate times regarding a water heater and was explicitly told to come in to submit the paperwork. After wasting an entire morning doing exactly what they asked, I was told they didn't even have the item in inventory and that I would have to drive to Queens.This is one company, yet their locations are completely incapable of working together digitally or communicating inventory accurately. This run-around is exactly why it is better to buy from big-box retailers who actually respect your time and have functional inventory systems. Avoid this place.

  Genuinely a wonderful supply. They were able to order me a water heater from a company that others said they couldn't sell me. And processed a different water heater warranty for me for no fee, whereas another company wanted to charge me hundreds for it. Fantastic service and customer support from Avi, John, and Michael.

  I had a wonderful experience coming to this store. Zuzanna at the front desk was wonderful. Extremely kind and helpful. Avi and John were also a pleasure to speak to, extremely helpful and knowledgeable I was well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back here any time I need more plumbing supplies.
