  We recently completed a full kitchen and den renovation with Loti, and we are beyond thrilled with the results. Ronan and his crew are a pleasure to deal with. They are professional, communicative, and detail-oriented, and the finished product shows the quality of their craft. The crew was respectful and reliable, kept the house as clean and organized as possible, and were both responsive to questions/concerns and willing to suggest changes where they thought appropriate. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone considering a major home renovation.

  Loti Contracting was amazing. I really appreciated the stellar job done for our kitchen reno. In addition, Ronan and his crew were always very communicative and explanatory. This is one of the traits I valued the most when doing any renovations as they're always long and costly projects that are high stress. I would definitely work with Loti again!

  We had a terrific experience with Ronan and Loti. They re-did all our floors and railings, added overhead lighting to every room, painted, and added built ins. Ronan was very communicative and transparent and was very good at explaining complex construction related topics. Were very happy with the end result and I’d reach out to him/Loti for our future contracting needs.

  Ronan and his crew are hard working experts. They are a pleasure to work with and the finished job is stunning. Great attention to detail and elegance. Ronan has the eye of a designer and the high level skills of an artisan. I highly recommend Loti and would definitely hire them again for future projects.

  My wife and I are extremely happy with the renovation on our newly purchased coop apartment by Ronan Doherty and LOTI Construction. After signing a detailed contract which was very helpful for both to reference as the work proceeded, Ronan quickly and efficiently submitted all paperwork required by building management and was started in no time. His workers were experienced and skilled as they proceeded to install new walls, ceilings, bathroom, kitchen (including cabinets, counter, backsplash, appliances, ceiling and flooring, lighting) moulding and trim, doors, lighting, and painting. Ronan’s communication was superb, always responding within minutes to our text messages and consulting with us on matters of design. It couldn’t have turned out better and we are very excited to be moving into our beautiful new apartment, thanks to Ronan and his crew!!!
