I left a voicemail and the guy who called me back was not just unapologetic but downright rude, telling me that I must have spoken to a different company and that I was wrong because his ticket said we were scheduled for Thursday or Friday (“Do you want me to read it to you?”). I told him I don’t really care what the ticket says when I was told they would come on Tuesday, he then told me to find someone else and hung up on me. Ridiculously poor service. Btw this was the second time I called them about the same issue. The first time round they simply changed out the water filter in the house which clearly didn’t fix the problem with the well. Should never have called them a second time - lesson learned. Take your business somewhere else!
