  This is my 2nd dealing with Beluga. LOVE them. In fall heating system installed- now A/C annual service. Purchased a contract for furnace & a/c service-not sure of the breakdown for each. Service person Chris F. arrived on time, professional, easy to work with, provided updates. I would HIGHLY recommend Beluga- pricing is competitive, staff easy to work with and are professional.

  Had several companies come out for estimates to install ductless heat and air in Beacon and Beluga was the best price and best professional. The sales person came out first and advised of the best outcome. He listened to us and took measurements. A couple of days later had the estimate in the email and accepted it. Got approved for financing and date was scheduled for install. Received text messages when they will be arriving and who to expect. All very professional. We let them know that we work remotely and that they would start in the offices first while we were off. 2 days total for the install. Highly recommend this company!!!!

  Very pleased with this company. They installed a new HVAC system a couple of years ago and have kept it running smoothly. Staff is always knowledgable, efficient and pleasant. I recommended them to a neighbor and he is pleased with them also.

  Beluga replaced my oil burner and I was super happy with the results. Job was completed quickly and efficiently, they did a really good job communicating and following up. So when it came time a few months later to also replace my electric hot water heater, I use them again and had the same excellent experience.
