  It pains me having to write a review about a business like this, but in all my years of working with vendors, I have never in my life met such a rude sales person as I have dealing with Andrew. I was scheduled to purchase a set of 4 windows. They provided me a quote which i found to be obnoxiously high. The sales person would contact me throughout the week eagerly lowering his price over and over again. We agreed to terms. I physically got into my car, drove 40 minutes to their location and went to pickups my windows. Upon arriving, I was told that the price of the windows was the inflated price that was originally position prior to our negotiation. When I explained that the terms of the agreement had been negotiated, I was told that it was at a cost that they couldn't let the windows go for the agreed upon terms. When I finally was able to get in touch with Andrew, his whole tune changed, denying the terms we agreed upon and refusing to speak his manager to make it right. I called back several times. The owner has refused to call me back. My carpenter was supposed to come tomorrow. I'm bummed this isn't happening.

  Windowrama was a calculated risk, I really thought I'd have to replace $12k worth of doors. Marvin was amazing, he fixed in 20 minutes what I couldn't figure out in days (with plenty of tools and youtube)... I can't tell you what a relief this is, when my wife gets home - I'll be a hero. He was punctual, polite, efficient, and thorough. I was really only troubled by one door, but with the extra time, he didn't hesitate to help adjust another door set as well. Easiest 5star review in a long time. Thank you Windowrama. Next time my older Anderson products need a tweak, I'm calling you before I pick up an allen key.

  Marvin came to my home and replaced balancers on my 25 year old Andersen narrowing double hung window. He was courteous professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job!

  Andrew & his team were amazing throughout the entire process in solving my window issue. He’s extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful way of articulating all my options. The workmanship was tried and proven in the totality of my project. If I have any other projects in the future I most certainly would reach out to Andrew again a true professional.
