  We love our King Quality "Triple Crown"! I had been following King Quality and Jeff Brett on social media for many months and loved seeing the work they did on people's homes. I began commenting on how beautiful their work was and even asked questions of Jeff Brett, the owner and "King"....and he answered! I was wowed by the reviews that people gave. This is not a fly-by-night company. We submitted online for an appointment. When Salesman Marc Simonian came through the door it was like we were already friends. He is a very friendly and easygoing person to deal with. Marc brought in samples of available materials and color choices and asked "What's your dream?" I said "The King Quality Triple Crown!" (roofing, siding, and windows!) We all laughed as he'd never heard it put that way before. Marc explained the construction and installation of all materials and the order in which it would be done. We discussed the budget, of course, and he'd worked out a way for us to use the materials we'd picked to work with our budget. My husband has been in the construction business for forty years and was so impressed with Marc's professionalism and knowledge that he could see the quality of all materials was top of the line. Each crew that came was large, and you could see them working hard all day. They cleaned up after, and you would not have known they had been there... except for the beautiful finished product! Each day was like the cavalry coming. Jeff Brett even reached out in the evenings to see how things were going! We'd like to thank Ramón and his roofing crew, Project Manager Mike, who went above and beyond with his crew doing the siding and windows, Jen and her crew were great doing the gutters and leaders, and Paul and John did a terrific job installing the shutters on the ten windows in the front of our house. And Dallas Brett, a young man in customer relations, stopped by one evening to pick up some paperwork. He was so polite and even made sure we received our King Quality sweatshirts! He is a terrific representative of the company. Thanks again to the "King" Jeff Brett and Marc Simonian. You both made this process a pleasure for us. We highly recommend King Quality and would give them ten stars if we could.

  We were pleased with Ramone and his crew. They were professional, hard working, clean and completed our roof in one day. Marc was very thorough in terms of explaining the process and available for any questions that arose.

  Needed to replace my roof and siding. Did some research and read the reviews. I asked around to see if anyone else had used King. Everyone I spoke to said they were a good choice. Fair prices and quality work. Bill Gold was my sales rep and he was with me 100% of the way. Answered my calls and worked with me to get financing. They did a great job. Worked in three phases and was able to get everything done as promised. They communicated well and kept me in the loop. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. There was always someone in charge of the job on site all day which was a big plus. Great job and thanks.
