  This company is legit. Excellent technicians who know their stuff--this will make me use them again. They also installed our duct work for AC--again, excellent workers. Work was pricey--but isn't everything these days? You get what you pay for. Thank you Jen Air.

  Wow !! Great company ! From the sales experience.John fantastic.no high pressure just the facts .. very confident in the company and the product and always available for my follow up questions post estimate ( Daikin mini splits ) ….to the install Wil .great foreman to have on site …to the pleasant and respectful crew ..to the office support Anne Marie talked me thru my financing options …I say bravo to your employees !! I can’t wait to enjoy the rest of my summer in comfort !

  I can’t say enough great things about this entire experience. From the very beginning, Jon came to our home, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and guided us through every option with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He made the whole process easy and stress-free and was always available to answer questions and keep us informed. We had a mini-split system installed in our basement and central air installed throughout the upstairs of our home, and the results have exceeded every expectation. The quality of the work and attention to detail were outstanding. On Day 1, field supervisor Angelo was absolutely phenomenal. His leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident from the moment he arrived. He kept everything organized, made sure the work was done to the highest standard, and treated our home with incredible respect. His professionalism and positive attitude immediately gave us confidence that we were in excellent hands. On Day 2, field supervisor Will continued that same level of excellence. He was knowledgeable, personable, and went above and beyond to ensure every last detail was perfect. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely satisfied before the job was finished. His dedication to customer service and pride in his work truly stood out. From Jon’s outstanding guidance to Angelo’s exceptional leadership and Will’s meticulous follow-through, every part of this experience exceeded our expectations. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a level of customer care that is hard to find today. The installation was seamless, the craftsmanship was top-notch, and the final product looks and performs beautifully. If you’re considering a mini-split system, central air installation, or any HVAC project, this is the team to trust. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would recommend them without hesitation. Five stars simply aren’t enough!

  So pleased with Billy Raven and everyone at Jen Air Inc for helping me out in a bad situation. I knew my system from the early 2000’s was going to need to be replaced eventually it had been giving problems for the last few years. The rusted out unit finally locked up for the last time and now I had an emergency where i was without A/C with a wife, kid, and pets in the house. Billy came out, gave me options and had his office contact me. Within days Billy and his team came out and I had a brand new system installed and my old junk removed. Now my family will be nice and cool for years to come. Thanks to Billy, Will, Annmarie and the rest of the guys at Jen Air for the quick service and great experience.

  I want to give a big THANK YOU, to Josh Pfieffer, one of the technicians at Jen air. During the winter we had a problem with our furnace. Being new home owners we tried everything to get our heat to kick in. We even had another company come prior to Jen Air and they only resolved one issue. We continued to have issues with no heat. We contacted Jen air and Josh was sent over to assist. Not only did he walk us through what we needed to do for maintenance but he doubled check everything before he left. Fast forward a few months in, I noticed a leak coming from my office ceiling fan. We reached out to Jen Air again and requested Josh. He showed up, on time and resolved the issues. No more leaks, pipes were sealed and I can run my air conditioning without being nervous that I'd damage my ceiling. Thank you again to Josh for being knowledgeable and professional. If we have any issues moving forward you guys are going to be our go to.
