  This past week jen air Inc was hired to install a 2 zone Bosch IDS premium HVAC system with duel fuel backup with my existing boiler. . After meeting with Billy R and his foreman Will, I knew I made the right choice. They were very responsive to all my questions and completed this difficult job in only 4 days. I cannot say enough good things about Billy/Will and all the other men that worked in my house, I highly recommend Billy and his team for any HVAC work you will do in your house.

  I recently just got central air and an heat pump installed in my home! Jonathan and everyone were wonderful from start to finish! Jonathan came to my home to give me an estimate and ended up leaving as if he was family! He was super knowledgeable and patient as he explained everything perfectly! Then the day of Will C was really knowledgeable, professional and on top of everything today! He was really a great leader and I just wanted to say that it really showed it during the day of installation! He was a wonder to be around! I really can’t say enough great things about him and his crew! He double triple and quadruple checked everything before they finished and explained everything in detail to me and my fiancé! They really made me feel very comfortable and made me understand everything to come! Everyone was available every step of the way and my fiancé and I really appreciated that. You don’t understand how long of a way that goes. Everything in the house looks great and Will tested everything before he left and we understand everything! Thank you again for your hard work and everyone’s hard work!!!

  I recently had the pleasure of using Jen Air for a mini split in my basement. I will start off by saying Jon came for the initial appointment and he was so helpful and kind. He knew exactly what we needed and got us scheduled right away. I had to reschedule one time and the customer service was 10/10. For the install I had the pleasure of meeting Angelo and Matt. I didn’t expect anything less than excellent which is what I got. They respected my home and put down towels and put on shoe covers. I will definitely be using this company again. I had the best experience from start to finish with them.

  After interviewing four companies, choosing Jen-Air was an easy decision. They weren’t the least expensive, but they were clearly the best. John was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He spent the time to make sure I fully understood what I was getting and even spent nearly an hour on the phone with PSEG confirming rebate eligibility. Three other companies told me I qualified for a rebate—John correctly said I did not, and PSEG confirmed it. That honesty alone set Gen-Air apart. The installation was done exceptionally well. Brian, the lead installer, went above and beyond and handled everything with care and professionalism. After the install, I had an issue with the outdoor unit. Jen-Air responded within minutes, worked directly with the manufacturer, and resolved it quickly and painlessly. I can’t recommend Jen-Air enough. Thank you to the entire team for an outstanding experience from start to finish.
