Set up an appointment with Mike. I narrowed things down to a few choices. He gave me pros and cons of each to help me make my decision. Everything went so smoothly. Delivery scheduled for the very next day.

Mike is truly one of the nicest and the most patient person I’ve encountered so far with my complete gut and renovation. He is incredibly personable and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I couldn’t be anymore grateful for him and his service! I’m sad it’s over😭

Alita is great! Large selection and friendly, organized and knowledgeable staff. Over the years we've gone to them for kitchen and bathroom projects. Ask for Mike. He's great!

Worked with Mike on a guest and master bath. He was patient and professional. Went out of his way to personally deliver tile to us when we had an unexpected need. We will use Alta for any of our future tile needs and highly recommended them.

We used Alita tile in the past so when it came time to remodel our bathroom we went back to them. They had a huge selection of tile samples to choose from along with a lot of tiled bathroom displays. I am not a creative person so I prefer choosing from a full display that is already set up and color coordinated. As our project progressed we had a design change that required more wall tile. Alita made sure that the additional tile came from the same dye lot. However, we underestimated the amount of additional trim tile needed to accommodate the design change. We ordered more trim tile but it got damaged in shipping. Alita literally jumped though hoops to get more trim tile immediately so as not to hold up our contractor. They handled our mistake in a professional manor and spent a tremendous amount of time correcting our mistake. We are so grateful for everything they did for us. I highly recommend them as they are truly committed to helping customers.
