  I cannot speak more highly about our experience at Alita Tile! This company offers amazing customer service from start to finish. We worked with Nick on our bathroom project and he was patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. But honestly everyone in this store is very nice. Had to go back to order additional tiles for a fireplace surround and Ryan and Joe were there to offer great advice. Ryan even made sure we did not over order on grout as it ended up being the same color we had ordered for the bathroom. Owner was very helpful, and you can just tell that all of his team greatly respect him. Cannot say enough about this company, will use them for upcoming kitchen project in two months. Skip the box store and support this local business, it is well worth it!

  Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Love the tile we chose. Stars removed for the fact that we were advised we would get an email when tile was available for pick up in a few days. 1 week and 3 phone calls later and never an email but the tile is ready. If you say you’re going to do something….do it. Customer service is just as important as great products.

  Friendly, informative assistance received from the sales representative. We went in looking for new tile for our guest bathroom. He showed us MANY choices before we decided upon one. Very happy with our decision and with the price as well.

  Mike, Carla and Ryan from Alita Tile In Bohemia we’re great!!! Hands down they have the Best Customer Service and product selection in Suffolk County. They were all extremely professionally, very helpful and Beyond patient. I consulted with Carla and Mike several times before finalizing my selection. They were extremely knowledgeable, and help me order the perfect amount of material instead of having a ton of extra material leftover. The best part was my entire order was special order and ALL of my items came in within a week as opposed to other competitors that were coming in 2-3 weeks later. I highly recommend going with this company, you will not regret it! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
