Dylan was very polite, and explained everything. He also emailed me information on a service plan for my AC and Furnace, that I can sign up for when I have a few minutes to look things over. Thanks for taking the time to make sure my AC system is working like it should!

I want to clarify that this review is not about the technician. He was professional, courteous, and did a good job communicating. My issue is with the company’s communication and scheduling process. Before my appointment, I spent a considerable amount of time calling to confirm that someone could service my mini-split unit. I made it very clear that the unit is installed on my business trailer, not in a residential home. Every person I spoke with assured me that this would not be a problem. The unit is brand new, and all I needed was for someone to diagnose why it wasn’t working properly. I was originally told a technician would arrive around 8:00 AM. About 10 minutes before the appointment, I received a call saying they were delayed because they needed to prioritize another customer whose system had been installed the night before. I completely understood and was willing to wait. During the delay, I spoke with a supervisor, explained the situation again, and was once more assured everything was fine. I waited the entire day, only to eventually receive a phone call informing me that they could not service the unit because it was installed on a trailer rather than a residence. They also mentioned that if it were considered commercial equipment, they still would not be able to work on it. My frustration isn’t that they couldn’t perform the repair—it’s that I repeatedly confirmed all of these details beforehand, was told multiple times that it wouldn’t be an issue, and then lost an entire day waiting for an appointment that should have been declined from the beginning. If the company has restrictions on the types of systems they service, that information should be communicated upfront. It would have saved everyone time and frustration.

Excellent experience. The tech, Zander, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Same day service, very impressive given that we are in the midst of a heat wave. Did a great job, got our air conditioning working again quickly. Highly recommend these guys

Came out to fix my central air They charge me over $400 For diagnosis and to come out still wasn’t fixed come out the next day charge me over $300 left with no fix. Said I could get it fixed for $2500 or a new system for $6000 no way was I happy with their service don’t recommend these guys to nobody There’s other people in the area they’re way cheaper. I already checked into it.
