Triple-O is a family-run business, established in 2003 by current president and owner Luke Giannone. We are upstate New York's premier heating, cooling, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical company for residential and commercial application. We are a one-stop shop for quality service.
We have highly skilled and trained technicians on call 24 hours to provide our customers with immediate emergency service at anytime if needed. We take pride in what we do, and promise to do our absolute best for each and every one of our customers. We are not a sales or commission driven company, and we believe in being honest and educating our customers when it comes to repair or replacement, so that they can make educated decisions for themselves.

- LLLarry1 day ago5.0Jake is great to work with. Seems like a skilled tradesperson who takes great pride in his work. He did the repairs he was scheduled to do. We discussed another item I was concerned about. He spent a reasonable amount of time diagnosing and checking the other concern. I would have service my systems in the future.

Kyle arrived was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was going on and how to fix it in layman's terms, quoted me the price (which was very reasonable) and once I approved it, got it taken care of within 30 minutes. Hats off to Triple-0 and their team.

Jake did a thorough and expedient job at replacing electrical components on our ac I wouldn’t have even known there was a problem had I not been a customer with their inspection services twice a year. They maintain our equipment in good working condition. When older equipment needs to repair or to be replaced, they give us good advice. At our old house, their technicians have replaced our AC, furnace, water heater, sub-pump, and toilet parts. Recently, Kyle came to check on a long un-used AC unit. He not only got it working but he also show me how to safely turn it on and off when the unit is not in use. It is a great feeling to have the reliable team from Triple-0 providing safe home maintenance services.

Pat quickly found the last compatible 410A unit, saving me from a costly upgrade to my furnace. AJ, who installed my original system, came back with Connor and nailed the installation. They were super professional and made me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend Triple-O if you need heating or cooling help!
