Triple-O is a family-run business, established in 2003 by current president and owner Luke Giannone. We are upstate New York's premier heating, cooling, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical company for residential and commercial application. We are a one-stop shop for quality service.
We have highly skilled and trained technicians on call 24 hours to provide our customers with immediate emergency service at anytime if needed. We take pride in what we do, and promise to do our absolute best for each and every one of our customers. We are not a sales or commission driven company, and we believe in being honest and educating our customers when it comes to repair or replacement, so that they can make educated decisions for themselves.

He told us the difference between tankless water heater and regular water heater. Prices, warranty etc. We were so happy to be educated and have our options explained. We now have a new beautiful water heater. Alex got the job done before 8:30 pm. AND the price was a bit less than the estimate. We will always call Triple O for heating and plumbing issues!! Thank you Triple O and ALEX!!

Alex was incredibly professional, detailed, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. He even made sure the workspace was spotless when he finished. It’s great to see a young technician with such a solid work ethic and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be calling Triple O again for any future needs. Highly recommend asking for Alex
