  I bought windows from windowrama during the pandemic, and that was the first mistake. The experience then was unpleasant and has managed to get worse. I called to obtain information about repairs and new screens and the man on the phone David could not be bothered to help. He informed me to obtain the serial number from the window, but when I called back to ask exactly where it was located, he said he can't come to my house? Then I asked if he could look up the window information from my order and he said no? If you're looking for new windows and to spend thousands of dollars, I would go elsewhere, the customer service throughout the entire process is abysmal.

  Husband went into Windowrama today to try and order window sash for a window that broke in our home. He met with David Lieberman and every response was rude and short. Ended up leaving and purchasing what we needed from Andersen directly. Message to David - it’s not difficult to be kind and patient - it would be one thing if my husband was rude to you - but from the very beginning it was as if my husband was an inconvenience to you.
