  A wonderful company with caring employees. From the very first phone call we knew we were in good hands. Highly professional yet also personable. The woman who manages the office was a life saver and the technician was highly skilled and did an awesome job. We were kept informed every step of the way during the process and literally everything was taken care of and completed within 24 hours... and we had called on a Sunday late afternoon!!!Absolutely recommend!!!

  AJ Plumbing is top-notch. After PSEGLI caused a surge to our home that burnt out our boiler/instant hot water main circuit board, Ben came over on a Saturday to access/quote the damages/repairs. After completing the job, Ben noticed an additional issue with a faulty part within the unit that was leaking gas. After taking gas measurements, Ben told us for our safety the unit should remain off until it is properly repaired. Ben’s first priority was my family’s safety which is much appreciated! Monday morning, Owen arrived to complete the job. After being on the phone with Navien for quite some time, the faulty part was under warranty and he saved us $2K on the part alone. From the office manager to Ben and the technicians, everything was communicated and explained giving us peace of mind. Many thanks for a job well done and we look forward to doing business in the future with any/all plumbing issues.

  I called AJ Services yesterday about a potential clog in my tub and they were here the next afternoon. I received text messages when the technician was on his way and when he arrived which was great because I have a toddler and 3 dogs running around. Owen did a great job at locating the clog and removing it in an efficient and clean manner. Very affordable and honest service. Thumbs up, I’d definitely call them again.

  We hired AJ Plumbing & Heating for all of the plumbing and HVAC work on our new construction home, and the results exceeded our expectations. Ben and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to every detail throughout the entire project. The plumbing installation was done flawlessly. The shower bodies were installed perfectly, and you can tell everything was planned and executed with precision. Every pipe, fixture, and connection was installed neatly and built to last.
