  The guys at Westfair are not only incredibly knowledgeable, they were prompt, tidy and incredibly organized. Moved into a house and I had an ok well set up by supposedly reputable company, but had so many water problems, loss of pressure, taste, flow, hazardous piping meant for electrical work and not for water consumption. It honestly looked like the prior company put the well equipment in with leftover parts. Westfair identified the problems, tested, looked over everything and came prepared. Now I have beautifully plumbed and tidy, organized and labeled piping with excellent water pressure and piping meant for potable water!!

  We had such a bad experience with Westfair. On more than one occasion they tried to upsell us, and most recently they came to the house for a service and ended up telling us we needed to spend thousands to fix the issue (including replacing one of their tanks that was only 5.5 years old). My husband and I were finally fed up and received additional feedback from other service providers - which contradicted half of what Westfair said and was a fraction of the price. They are not an honest company.

  Greg, Dave and team were great to work with. We called Westfair to check out the water of our new home and Greg was terrific. He helped us change the filter, identify areas that improved the water flow and set us up to install a water softener. Everyone was expert, friendly and really helpful. Highly recommend!

  Staff were absolutely amazing!! They walked me through the process and the technician Greg was great! He was very personable and professional and it definitely felt like I was talking to a friend more than just a worker! If you ever have any doubts or concerns about companies that install water systems it should stop here. These guys know what they are doing and I couldn’t have asked for a better service !

  The entire team is top-notch. Considerate and Knowledgeable. They take care of your property and look out for your investment. The system they installed and labor was fairly priced and competitive- but was not for the faint at heart. We made an investment. Knowing the water from our well is SAFE, tastes great, and protects our plumbing and appliances is a good feeling. We will continue to TEST and monitor and if there is an issue I won’t hesitate to contact WESTFAIR WATER SYSTEMS for a solution.
