  We had a great experience with Westfair Home Services. They installed a new well pump and well tank for us, and the improvement was immediate. Our water pressure is now dramatically stronger, more consistent, and stable throughout the house in a way we honestly didn’t realize was possible before. We went from constantly noticing fluctuations and limitations in pressure to having reliable, steady water flow everywhere, even with multiple appliances and showers running at once. The entire system feels noticeably healthier and more reliable overall. Frank and John were excellent to work with, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. And when I say questions, I mean a lot of questions. I’m the type of person who likes to fully understand everything that’s going on in my house, and who can absolutely spiral into researching every possible scenario at 11pm. They never once made me feel like I was being a pain and were always happy to explain things thoroughly and in a way that actually made sense. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were about our specific home and its quirks. We received quotes from some larger companies, and not only was Westfair’s pricing far better, but the larger companies seemed to take a much more one-size-fits-all approach and provided us with proposals that made me question my need for water. Conversely, Frank took the time to carefully evaluate our setup, explain different options, and walk us through why some of the more expensive recommendations from the larger companies either weren’t necessary or wouldn’t have been the best fit for our home. At no point did we feel pressured or upsold, it genuinely felt like they cared more about finding the right solution than selling the most expensive one. Scheduling was easy, fast, and based around what worked for us, which made the whole process much less stressful. We ended up saving a substantial amount of money while also getting a better tailored solution. Even after the installation, I felt completely comfortable texting or calling with follow-up questions, and they were always responsive and helpful. It’s clear they genuinely care about customer service and take pride in their work. It’s hard to find companies that are both highly skilled and easy to work with, but Westfair definitely delivered on both. We not only solved our water issues, but now feel like we have a company we can confidently call for any future water management or plumbing needs as well. Highly highly recommend.

  I highly recommend Westfair Home Services for anyone looking for a reliable, service-oriented local plumbing company. They did a fantastic job installing my new water heater. I’m thrilled to finally have enough hot water to run the shower and the kitchen tap simultaneously! From the initial appointment through the follow-up, Frank and John explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Five-star service all around.
