  I am writing to report an extremely disappointing customer service experience I had at your store today. I came in to purchase a replacement hose for my semi-professional Kohler sink and brought both the physical part and the specific part number with me. Upon entering, I was not greeted. When I approached the counter, the associate, Phil, ignored me for some time while looking at his computer. When he finally acknowledged me, his attitude was dismissive and rude. Despite telling me he had been a plumber his entire life, he failed to recognize the part. Even after I provided the exact part number, he spent over 15 minutes looking at his computer only to tell me he couldn't find it. He then directed me to the showroom to figure out what the piece was, completely disregarding the information and physical part I had provided. Furthermore, the overall environment in the store was unacceptable. There were multiple customers waiting, and a second associate working at a back computer completely ignored everyone. When he finally assisted a customer, he was visibly rude to them as well. As a result of this horrendous service, I walked out of the store. I have already located the part online at ferguson.com—which your associate claimed he could not find—and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope you will address this lack of professionalism with your staff.

  Went into this location in Bay Shore very unprofessional some of the clerks were using F bombs in very loud voice that was in the presents of an elderly lady at the counter checking on an order .... waited on line which was very slow and had no movement decided to leave without my purchase just didn't like the obnoxious behavior of the counter people and cursing in front of the elderly woman

  06/08/2017 called blackman plumbing to find out where the curb was for my rooftop air conditioning , the service manager Anthony was extremely rude and did not want to help me one bit , even though I hired another contractor to do the job , its a big secret to tell me when it was ordered , this is really wrong , Monday it will be 90 degrees and it was scheduled for the install today on june 8th , STAY AWAY FROM THE BLACKMAN PLUMBING IN BAYSHORE , there very rude and do not help , poor customer service !!!!!

  Extremely rude person answering phones. I've tried calling this place numerous times to place an order. The person that picks up the phone says "Blackman please hold" and immediately clicks over and leaves me on hold for extended periods of time. Extremely unprofessional. I tried calling back several times and every time the same response. They obviously don't care about customer service so I'll take my business elsewhere.
