  Great friendly service. Mekhi explained in detail what he was doing and showed the “pipe” that needed the rust cleaned. Tested the components and all was good to go. Definitively would recommend.

  Technician (Jake) was great but wasn’t able to to anything because they couldn’t work on high pressure propane. I described it to the customer service person in detail. She couldn’t receive a pic. 300$ later…. NOTHING HAPPENED. can’t say I don’t recommend because they did show up quickly. Jake anted to do the work. Wasn’t allowed to. If you have ANY other choice. Take it

  Had a thankless hot water heater installed. It was a big job because we switched from an electric tank heater to a gas thankless and moved the location. Installation took the full day (8am-5:30pm) and he tested it before he left. Unfortunately, after running for 3 minutes, the water heater stopped heating and the testing didnt find this. He also had to put a new circuit in our breaker box for the new unit. While working on this, he loosened another circuit leaving us with no power in a corner of our house including our home office and basement filtration system. I called at 10pm when the electrical issue was discovered. They could only give me an appointment 3 days later and said to call at 7am when a dispatcher could change the schedules. My husband called, but only after trying to take a shower and finding we had no hot water! Dispatcher only asked for the error code and wouldn't confirm an appointment for that day. I called again saying we had to have a 5-9 pm window because my family was at work and I had appointments in the afternoon, but had been texted that someone would come between noon and 5. My last appointment was outside of my house at 4pm and the call center person said the best she could do, after confirming with the dispatcher, was to have someone come between 4:30 and 5. How many appointments do you go to where you're back home in under 30 minutes?! The technician came and the first thing he asked about was the manual. I did not see it as a good sign. He was on the phone for over an hour, was unable to fix the heater because he didnt have the parts, and told me he is not an electrician so wouldn't even look at the electrical problem his colleague caused. The branch manager called me after the technician left and said they'd install an entire new unit and told me they'd be at my house between 11-1 the next day (Saturday). This window was confirmed twice. At 8am, my son got a call saying the supervisor would be at our house with the new unit in 20 minutes. My son tried to take a cold shower before they arrived, but the technicians knocked on our door before he got to the shower. The technicians drove separately from supervisor and he was given bad information... and they came 3 hours before the confirmed time, waking us up on a Saturday morning. At least the water heater was replaced and the power was restored AFTER 3 DAYS. I paid more than $7k for the tankless heater and installation. The tankless heater didn't work and the installation cause us to have no hot water or power to part of our house for 3 days. Every person who answered the phone for Isaac's gave me different information, and much of it was wrong. It was a very expensive debacle. I would not recommend this fir anyone. Routine furnace cleaning. Techician was kind, respectful, and helpful. It was a quick, no-fuss appointment. However, I made the appointment months ahead for the 5-9pm window. He called a little after 3pm and said he'd be here in 20 minutes. I don't know why hitting a 4 hour window is so difficult.

  Brian from Isaac came out for routine maintenance on our furnace. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, even showing me dirty parts on the burner system that needed cleaning. Brian let is know about a monthly special they have for $14/month over two years that includes annual maintenance along with discount parts, priority visits and many other perks. I hope everyone gets someone like Brian and has the same great experience we have had.

  Ryan was an excellent service man! Arrive exactly on time. He was Extremely courteous. Explain the situation. Gave us option. Also explain our policy. He is indeed a great asset to your organization. You should indeed be glad to have him as an employee.
