  So glad I chose the professionals from Window World! The job was done on time as promised. All my calls and questions were responded to in a timely manner. The Installers completed the job of installing 12 windows all in one day! They were courteous, cleaned up nicely and were professional. In fact, all the employees I dealt with were excellent to deal with. Would highly recommend.

  Window world has failed to resolve issues with their product for 9 months and counting - windows that take two people to close, gaps causing drafts, and a window with a crack across it on the interior. Poor customer service, failure to follow through with correction. I recommend spending the extra money and saving your time and hassle by going elsewhere. 07/2025 - full windows installed at my house. 11/2025 - Called because one of the windows were howling in wind and it took two people to close. Also found others causing significant draft. 12/01/25 - Technician comes to house for assessment and told that replacements were being ordered. 01/27/26 - Called for status update and told they were waiting on “the plant” for replacement parts. 07/16/26 - New issue - window in non-utilized room found to be cracked from inside. Spoke with customer service to describe, texted photos, and also reminded of outstanding issues from November 2025. Advised would receive call back. 08/17/26 - Still no response, subsequent call. Described issues, again. Customer service will call back after file is found. To be continued…

  Do not go here. I contacted Window World regarding an urgent matter: the window in my son's bedroom will not open, making the room dangerously hot and completely unusable for him. When I initially ordered, the representative explicitly promised the work would be completed before the end of summer. That was a completely false promise.They claimed they would call the following week to schedule the installation, but they never did. I had to call them multiple times just to get an update. When I finally reached someone, they casually informed me it would be another 16 weeks, and I still don't have an actual installation date set! Because of their delays, my son effectively doesn't have a bedroom to sleep in. To make matters worse, they completely refused to issue a refund despite explicitly lying to me about the timeframe. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere.

  Had 4 windows installed. Work performed as instructed, excellent installer, good attention to detail, window quality is excellent. Not a single issue. Strongly recommended

  We had a bay window changed to three regular standard windows with the little squares. We love it. Great job by the installers. If we need any windows in the future it will be with Window World.
