Jim was our salesman and he was amazing. Checking in on us throughout the installation of both. Because of Jim's knowledge of their product line is why we chose to do the siding, we were only going to do the windows. Jason installed our windows, he was equally amazing to deal with. Windows are perfect, couldn't be happier. He was very respectful of our home and property. Once he was done he cleaned up completely, even wrapped our windows with plastic to minimize the dirt getting into our home. Ryan and Mike put up our siding, they did an excellent job. Very happy with all aspects of this company. Highly recommend them, very professional.
- MPMatt PMar 26, 20261.0Installers showed up “ ready to leave” before they even started. Did not properly spray foam windows as requested. Came back and spent minimal time rapidly spray foaming 15 windows, left spray foam foot prints in my bathroom and on my couch. Insisted several times that they did not need the additional spray foam even though I could clearly feel wind coming through the air gaps. Ended up paying an outside contractor thousands to come fix their job.

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
