  Tuff Shed, where do I even begin? The salesman, Carl, was a complete disaster. Not only was he unprofessional, but he also had a German Shepherd (not a service dog) nipped at me in the lobby, despite there being no signs indicating that dogs were allowed. He made all these promises about providing excellent customer service, but unfortunately, he was let go just a few weeks after I made my purchase. He overpromised and underdelivered. Getting in touch with the area manager is a nightmare. The factory in Victor, New York, has unreachable phone lines after 3 pm. On the bright side, the builders were exceptional and professional. However, the communication and customer service process is a complete nightmare. You invest a significant amount of money, yet you’re not treated with the respect and consideration you deserve. It took almost three months after obtaining the permits for the shed to finally be constructed. Save yourself the hassle and invest your money elsewhere.

  It was a great experience to design the shed on the website, and then have it built on site less than a month later!
