- JMjeanne morrisAug 15, 20262.0The concept of the room is great. This company has been a terrible experience. Starting with the construction crew who rush through the job. They left trash all over my yard drink bottles, wrappers, but worst of all was the sharp shards of metals all over the ground. They trampled my plants. After “completion “the windows were falling out.!! TOTHE GROUND!!! A workman fixed them. The sliding door and screen door have been an ongoing headache , the doors either are completely stuck and won’t move or fall off the track. The workman has repeatedly been out to fix. The appointment lady is usually polite but on several occasions has been yelling at me on the phone. There have been several occasions when the repair appointment was a no show. The salesman said that it would be double pain glass. It is single pain. I wound not recommend this company to anyone!

Service charge to look at it is $500….Be aware of this. Two years to find all of those issues or pay $500 for a service call.😡

We needed the skylights re-sealed this fall, as there was rainwater dripping inside, along the roof segments, during each rainfall. A 15-minute job was billed at well over $400. I leave it up to the reader to ponder any subsequent thoughts on this. As for us, Patio Enclosures will not be among the contenders for the next project in this category.
