- FAForest Auto3 days ago2.0Good product even though we had to have the roof redone twice under warranty. Now warranty is over and a problem with our sliding glass door Keeps it from opening. Service charge to look at it is $500….Be aware of this. Two years to find all of those issues or pay $500 for a service call.😡

The initial year, delays were due to permitting requirentes and Great Day not having vendors to address a required change to a window for meeting easement requirente. Great day finally broke ground April of 2025. The concrete work was not level but they proceeded to install one wall. This is a an ~$30K project and we are at her 30 months in with work poorly done and still incomplete. I loved the design but there has been zero success with execution. Note that I had sent in photos and videos to the points of contacts(which seem to keep changing) on this project with no success. Definitely feeling cheated both in terms of time and money and not recommending them to others.
- TSTiberiu SiclovanDec 24, 20183.0The sunroom was generally well built. The price (a decade + ago...) was on the high side. However, the repairs seem to be priced exceedingly high. We needed the skylights re-sealed this fall, as there was rainwater dripping inside, along the roof segments, during each rainfall. A 15-minute job was billed at well over $400. I leave it up to the reader to ponder any subsequent thoughts on this. As for us, Patio Enclosures will not be among the contenders for the next project in this category.
