  This is just a 3rd party marketing company for the manufacturers and installation. I would recommend going directly with a manufacturer/installer and cut the middle man out. The owner lied to us frequently throughout major issues after the build, and did not help rectify the situation

  These guys were awesome my building came in less than than 6 weeks after I was told it could be 8 weeks the installation came out perfect

  Next day metal buildings was great to work with they had the best price and did an awesome job on my building I would use them again in a heartbeat. They make all there buildings in NY so it’s not those flimsy North Carolina buildings that companies try to sell you. Go with Next Day if you’re looking for any metal building you will be happy in the end that you did.

  BUYER BEWARE. Do not go with this company. They are not a local business. In our experience, their "local" building is a shell rarely occupied. We stopped by on multiple occasions & it was always empty. Shame on us for not requiring an in person meeting before giving them our money. They are a middle-man that took our money, and only AFTER they they cleared the deposit (over $5000), they sent us a different contract with an entirely different company from out of area, expected us to explain the sale/specs and work order to their partner (with significant language barriers) and then stopped responding to all emails and phone calls. They did not disclose at any time during the sale that we would be required to sign a contract directly with the manufacturer and then we became the point person and project manager with the manufacturer. When there are mistakes, both companies ran us in circles pointing fingers at each other for MONTHS - perfect scam between the two. They took our money, installed material far inferior to the specs we paid for, and then blamed each other, while promising reimbursement to make us whole. Just go to a manufacturer directly for a lot less headache and legal hoops in the event something goes wrong. We did confirm with the manufacturer after the fact that they would work with customers direct. Also, most of the positive reviews are the owner trying to get his ratings up because apparently bad reviews really bother him (but not enough to fix their mistakes properly). Buyers beware!!!

  Should be called “next year metal buildings”. Horrible experience. Ordered this in late July of last year (2025)finally got it installed mid March of this year. Ended up dealing with Pedro with NTC. They take your money and then say you have to hurry up with your paperwork to get on the schedule and then it’s one thing after the other and excuses of getting delayed. Install team was good but I had to demonstrate on how to properly level the building. I think they used to just slapping it together. In the end it came out fine, but I would not recommend this company.
