From working with Kyle on selecting the right carpet to the installation team completing the project, the entire process was truly five-star. Kyle went above and beyond to ensure we selected the proper carpet and padding for our four-season room. He took the time to visit the project site personally to make sure the materials chosen would be the best fit for the space. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail made the selection process easy and stress-free. While visiting the showroom, Mindy, the general manager, was also extremely courteous and helpful. Everyone we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the planning and design stages to the final installation, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The results speak for themselves, and I would highly recommend Modern Carpet and Flooring to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service.

Sam is an absolute pleasure to work with and visited the site more than once to make sure we had the correct samples, binding, etc. He was responsive and helpful through the whole process.
