- AGAaron GAug 30, 20261.0Purchased bad flooring from here a while ago. Turned out to be flawed. After installing it in every room. Ended up with a settlement to purchase something different. Went in today only to find out they pulled the old were not the same company. Do not shop here. Shady buisness practices at best. You will purchase from them and when they don't stand behind warranty you will have to take them to court. Then they change the ownership name. Still operate under lumber liquidators dba and never honor the payout. I will never shop here again.
- MJMel JJan 29, 20234.0The store has a nice variety, with varying prices; however the website does not match the same availability of items in the store - not sure why. Also, the location is not highly visible or well lit, especially at night making it a little challenging to find and navigate to; GPS doesn't help taking you to the back of the building. Multiple companies are in that building. Also, the recording needs to be changed to reflect the correct store hours.

- RSRachel Lynn SwettDec 1, 20172.0Excellet product, excellent prices, but HORRIBLE service. The staff is friendly, but the disorganization is unlike anything I've ever seen. We've been here multiple times for multiple projects, and always wait an inordinate amount of time. There is never a day they're not understaffed. This most recent pickup was an utter nightmare. We waited more than 30 minutes to load flooring we had scheduled a pickup for well in advance. There were logistical loading issues that we shouldn't have had given that we brought the largest pickup available on the market. I personally had to get out and instruct the forklift driver how and where to load my flooring and countertop, and we evetually just gave up and had to drive an hour back for a second trip to pick up the countertop. I would say NEVER AGAIN but we buy so much flooring we feel we are stuck with this mess as the prices are good.
