The entire team was great! They were right on track with the lead-time and were able to schedule the install within 2 weeks of the windows arriving. The guys that came work so efficiently, they scheduled us for 3 days but it only took them 2. Left no trace of work being done on the house beyond the actual new windows! Another plus is that they manufacture the windows in NY. We are in love with the end results and will be talking up Comfort forever!

We hired Comfort to do the siding on our home. They did a horrific job cleaning the site, leaving nails near the entrances to our home, all around the house, and on the roof. They rushed the job, snapping the old vinyl siding and leaving shards of it all over the yard. Pieces of backboard and plastic blew all over the yard and was not cleaned.
The installation was also done wrong - they removed rotted sheathing and installed the backer board without any plywood to attach it, despite this being against code. You could see the sun shining through all of the attic where it was installed improperly.
After many months of asking them to fix it they did return to address the job. While cleaning we could hear them cursing around the house for hours about the job, and it took asking them to come out multiple times as each cleanup was incomplete. They did address the siding, but many months later. The only reason this is 2 stars is the did at least fix it eventually and everyone I interacted with was pleasant.
Would recommend anyone to steer clear unless you want no quality assurance at a very high price with lots of micro managing. All of these issues were only caught because we found them and raised them repeatedly.

The window that was installed is so beautiful that I just keep looking at it in disbelief. The difference between what was and what is now is thrilling .
The men who worked on this project were skillful, fast and they made their skill into a work of art! Beautiful job and I will admire it every day with a smile . Thank you !

Very happy with the windows from Comfort. From the initial call to the install today. Shopped around a bit prior to the decision to go with Comfort. Not going to say they were the cheapest but they were in the ballpark and the quality and service exceeded the competition. From the professional office staff, Amanda and Kiara, to Sales, Jason, to the installers, Jamar and Narshay, the experience was seamless, professional and courteous. They manufacture their windows, have dedicated installers and stand behind everything with a lifetime guarantee. Based on my experience I highly recommend Comfort.

Very Happy With New Windows
We had all of our windows replaced. The installation team was wonderful, professional, cleaning up after themselves everyday and answered all of our questions. At the end of the installation, they took time to show us how the windows operate. Rob and crew were courteous. We are thrilled with our new windows and would definitely recommend Comfort.
