  Benjamin Franklin was prompt, professional. And proficient. They walked me through all my options and made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting before they started the work. After the work was completed they walked me through everything again and truly seemed to care I was satisfied with their work. Would highly recommend !!

  Main drain line clogged. Couldnt use any water in my house. Called Benjamin Franklin first, spoke to a person took my info said a service tech would call my number and sent a confirmation text that said appointment 7-9 PM. As time passed I fought the urge to call and see where the tech was. At 9:05 I called, tech told dispatch he called twice and I didn't answer. They said they'd dispatch another. I told them not to bother. I called Crissifuli same process within 5 mins a tech called said he could be there in 30 mins (it was now 9:30 PM on a Saturday night). Arrived, repaired the problem. Update: Someone from the company called me the next day to apologize, his tech had dialed my number incorrectly even though it was entered in the system correctly. I appreciated the follow up but at the end of the day I was left scrambling after 9 PM on a Saturday. All in all they still wouldn't be my first call given this experience but I did appreciate the follow up the next day. Mistakes happen, however I don't think it's unreasonable to think if the customer who called about a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night doesn't pick up maybe you double check you called the correct number.
