Very kind and efficient. Timely as well
I recently had upgrades/repairs made to my plumbing. Right from the first phone call to them to the very end I was working with professional people. No leaving messages on answering machines I got a real person who answered my questions, gave me an estimate, set up a time to come. The technicians, Thomas, Mamet, Mike and Leo were great to work with, came during the timeframe they specified, Went out of their way to get the exact item that I wanted and cleaned up their mess completely. They were very friendly and polite. I started dealing with this company 48 years ago when it used to be Farrell Brothers. Thank you guys!

I felt the representative that came to my house was very knowledgeable and did a good job explaining things to me. He was professional and very nice! I got a quote for the work before he left and knew the plan. This is a good company to work with!

He called to say he would be over soon, then arrived an hour later. The job was to install the drain only for a utility sink. I had the p-trap, but no wye or tail pipe. I requested that he put the drain into the washing machine stack (copper pipe) which was already vented. He recommended we install the utility sink in-between the washing machine and dryer so it can be installed into a pre-existing pvc pipe so he didn't have to cut the copper and would only need to replace a few of the few pre-existing pvc pipes to accommodate. I agreed. He quoted $496. When I questioned the price, he said it was because he needed to cut the copper. I reminded him that I had just agreed to not cutting the copper and place the sink between the washer and dryer. He said he would then only charge $396. I agreed and my husband and I moved the washing machine. He did agree to throw in for free new water supply lines since the move in position would no longer accommodate the supply lines I had already installed. After the work was completed, he charged the $396 but also charged a $99 trip charge. We understood this charge was to provide the estimate and any work done would be reduced by this amount if the project moved forward. This was not specified in the discussion of charges.
