Charge almost $150 replace a single pane of glass in a window. Returned the window with completely different dimensions nearly a 1/4" too tall on one side. it no longer fits into the frame. Simple repair took a week and was done incorrectly.

They are stupudly expensive for no reason. The male owner is unpleasant. It would be great if he could start stopping at stop signs in neighborhoods he cuts through to from the shop and home while driving his red, unmarked commercial vehicle.
Overall a business best left to die.

Dave cut flat safety windshield glass for a vehicle for me. Turns out it was double the going rate ...a 39 x 31 glass = Daves price $445. Others in Albany and Troy = $180-$200. I was foolinh to not call around first. On top of that he cut it too small (Saying, " I cut it a bit smaller for you- so it will be easier for you to install with a gasket flange" I did just that, just the way he stated- "Its easy". Well, low and behold it failed in a spectacular way on the highway. I WAS FURIOUS. I called and left a message for him with his secretary. He left a message on on my voice mail pertaining only to "what will hold up in small claims court" and it "isn't warrantied'. What a guy! I am lucky I wasnt killed. So is he. Karma is coming for you Dave. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned Google Subscribers.
I had several custom made glass tabletops.
They did a great job. If you need custom glass done go to American Glass. Thanks Dave

I brought two sliding mirrors from my bathroom medicine cabinet to this shop to have them cut and replaced. Initially, they asked whether I preferred the original knobs or stick-on handles. I specifically told them I would like the original knobs reinstalled, or at the very least the holes drilled so I could install new knobs later.
When I went to pick them up, not only were my original knobs missing, but they had also installed stick-on handles without asking me first. The color of the handles doesn’t match my medicine cabinet at all and they stick out like a sore thumb.
Additionally, when I arrived to pick them up, the owner was too busy to speak with me directly. After seeing the finished product, I can understand why. One of the mirrors also has visible air bubbles in the backing.
To be fair, they can cut glass, and that’s probably the only service I would consider using them for in the future. However, based on my experience, the customer service felt poor and somewhat unprofessional. In hindsight I probably should have addressed the issues before leaving, but overall the experience left a lot to be desired.
