- JRJames ReiterApr 24, 20261.0I was told during scheduling that they could handle my grinder pump sewage ejection system. The technician arrived, looked at the pit, and immediately said he wasn’t allowed to work on it. They still charged a dispatch fee even though no work was done. Another company faced the same issue and didn’t charge me. Charging for a service you can’t provide isn’t good customer care.
- GGGriffinFeb 8, 20261.0Hospitalized, returned home to rest and ran out of propane on a Saturday. No 24/7 emergency service provided, no one to talk to, NOCO does not care and will just wash their hands of it. Competitors all do better, probably because they care about their customers

When i placed the initial call for service I requested and was promised that a receipt would be emailed to me. I am the property owner but I live 1500 miles away and cannot be present for service. I would like to know exactly what I paid for, please!
