Trevor was very informative and explained everything he did. He was very personable professional and friendly. I will ask for Trevor should i need any more garage doors adjustments.

Unfortunately, the work didn’t fall within the $29 tune up price, but I talked to the manager (Jonathan) and worked out a fair price. I will use A1 again.

But our tech showed us that the cheap builder-grade motor-thing had gears and such that were visibly wearing out and causing problems with the belt. We've known for years that we'd need to replace it, and this seemed like a good time. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything, took care of every little task including helping us get the MyQ app programmed. All in all an excellent experience.

Called another company who also starts with A and the quote was half the cost. Guess they pass along advertising costs to their customers.
