- STSeth TJul 10, 20265.0Well I have waited 2.5 years to leave my review for Tuff Shed and our 8'x25' Premier Pro Barn. As for the buying experience, it was a good one, Jennifer is awesome and super helpful. The installation experience was also a good one and pain free. We did have a couple roof shingles blow off our roof recently, so I can attest my "warranty experience" with Tuff Shed was also a good one, as they give a 10 year roof warranty on the Premier Pro Barn. I simply emailed them with a picture of the issue, and Jackie called me within 24 hours to setup a repair appointment. The repair person just came out today, he called me a half hour before his arrival, and the repair process was quick and painless. I'm glad we chose Tuff Shed instead of any of their competitors, they're super solid!
