  My experience with Tuff Shed was excellent. I talked with Jennifer at Tuff Shed about my shed requirements. Jennifer was always very quick to answer and respond to any questions I had. The installers came on the scheduled date and worked diligently and efficiently to build the shed. I am very happy with the end result and I would highly recommend Tuff Shed to anyone. Wonderful employees that go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Thank you!

  Walked in to Tuff Shed to order a shed for my home. Jennifer George was the sales representative I worked with. Jennifer was a joy to speak and work with. Her knowledge and professionalism was an A+. The installation went perfectly and the installers were great as well. Thank you Tuff Shed and what a great product!!

  This is my second shed from them. It will be my last. When I ordered this one, it was to match exactly the first. They had my first order pulled up and copied it, so I thought. These are chicken coops and needed the upgraded flooring and roof. The guys showed up to install, friendly and careful. They were pretty good. When I got home and inspected the shed..The door was an extra $299 4 *6 vs the 3 foot door I ordered. The floor was not done, the screen pieces were not installed and the roof flashing was bent downward and the shingles not adhered to the roof at the corner. I get 100 mile an hour winds.. This wont last. I called on Saturday, and she took notes and the photos I sent. Monday early, I did get a call from them to "fix" this.. HAHA.. I know it can be hard to follow simple instructions, especially when you see verbatum the exact same shed on your screen and just need to copy that. The door will stay I can live with that. The screens will be installed and they charged me for the "floor" they were supposed to have included. The woman on the phone of couse let me know how inconvienent this was for THEM, and they were not able to do the floor like I have in the 1st one.. This will be "rigged" to match. Whatever... What I cant understand or get behind is the lack of urgency on their part to make it right! I have chickens that were planned perfectly timed for this. Now I have chickens in a brooder that will not fit in that brooder while I wait for them to find a convienent time to show up! I am very dissapointed!   Ordering a Tuff Shed from Reno Tuff Shed online was easy and quick. The girls were really knowledgeable and friendly. They were patient and didn't mind explaining what each area meant if you had questions. I would recommend that anyone who wanted information about a Tuff Shed call the Reno Tuff Shed office first. Its so much easier to deal with the source than go through a third party.

  Jennifer and Dannett are THE BEST in the business who offer the best product in the business. First the Reno TuffShed team helped when we lost the keys to the Tuff Shed in the back yard. No questions asked and incredible customer service! That made us want to go back whe. We were considering getting a new one. Well the process was so easy because of the helpfulness and patience from Jennifer and Dannett! We ended up getting two. The design and build were incredibly easy! The communication was exceptional. The final product amazing! I would go back here again and again and again because of the amazing customer service and the quality product. Thank you for all your support. Love you Tuff Shed Reno.
