  From start to finish, Sierra Air was a pleasure to work with. Both the sales, Donny, and service crew, Mario and Danny, responded quickly to our requests and were very helpful in selecting a heating and air system for our home. Mario and Danny arrived when they said they would, even sending notices when they were on their way. Both were extremely accommodating of our needs and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them.

  I want to thank technician, Chris Godwin, for helping us resolve our AC problem involving the NEST thermostat. I mentioned to Chris that something went awry after we tried to secure the cover of the Nest thermostat (it was loose from the wall). The AC had worked before but after doing something with the cover, the AC stopped working. Chris quickly found the problem (a fuse had blown out). Chris was very professional, gave me some ideas on a Honeywell thermostat (we're not BIG fans of the new NEST thermostat), showed me how to read the error codes on our furnace (watch the number of red light flashes and compare it to the brochure left with the furnace). It was easy, peasy, even someone like me who has no HVAC experience could do this. I can't thank Chris enough for his great personality, true professionalism, answered my questions, taught me a few things (learning something new is always good) and even loved on my 2 labs (turns out we both love animals). Thank you, Chris! You're the absolute best! Sierra Air is *very* lucky to have you on their staff.

  Eugene was very easy to talk to and diligent about finding out what is the root problem with my AC system, before commencing the repair. He is very knowledgeable and has the most modern diagnostic tool to fix HVAC. When finished with his work he sold me on the Sierra Air Membership for my A/C and heating system yearly maintenance and it is quite affordable. Now I have peace of mind on making sure my HVAC system working properly year round.

  This is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. I was told by their technician that my flue pipe and my heat exchanger were bad so my furnace needed to be replaced. They quoted me $10,000 to replace it. I decided I needed a second opinion from a different company. That technician told me that my flue pipe did need to be replaced but my heat exchanger was fine. He fixed my furnace for $250! If I had gone with Sierra Air I would have paid $10,000 instead of just $250. Do NOT do business with this dishonest company!

  Alex serviced our AC system. He was professional and enlightened me about how the monthly subscription reward program we have worked. I had no idea the $ I paid went into an account to be applied towards any work needed. After servicing our system, he showed me a specific issue that could help our system last longer. It was a specific part that our “rewards” would have covered the cost;; however, after speaking with his manager, that part isn’t covered as an “add on”; therefore the reward funds we have wouldn’t pay for it. How unfortunate to find out we (1) have reward$ that would cover it; yet (2) they won’t because it is an add on. All after we paid $$ for the system they installed. I have canceled our monthly rewards account. If we need our system maintained, I’ll seek another company.
