  Sierra Air has been awesome. I wanted a way to cool just my master without cooling the entire first floor. I also wanted to move both of my AC units to the other side of my house that has no foot traffic. Craig, did and awesome job of looking at what I had and explained the different options for me, and finding the best way for it to work. Then when Justin, Mitchell, and Nickolas came to work they found a major hot water leak. They took a video and picture, called me to get the water shut off, got their plumber (Abner) over within the in an hour, and contacted a remediation company to do the cleanup. They obviously didn’t get to do the job that day but came back after the crawlspace had been cleaned up and did an awesome job at installing a spit unit in the master and moving my two AC units to the other side of the house. They got it all done in two long days!! Thank you guys for all the work you did and being patient with me while the cleanup was being done.

  I was very satisfied with the services provided by Austin Browne. I am responsible for a home we are preparing to sell and I wanted to be sure the HVAC systems were functioning as intended. Austin arrived on time, was courteous, and was very thorough in his examination. He took the time to explain what he was finding and suggested options for me to consider which I appreciated since this is his area knowledge and expertise. He is a highly skilled technician and an excellent representative for Sierra Air.

  Very impressed with Sierra Air. Their team is what makes the difference. On-site sales was informative, supportive, and zero pressure. They are there to put together a system that meets your needs, so have a chat and see what equipment and coupons they can offer. Install was intense and laborious, but really enjoyed the team they sent out. Dedicated to their work, the guys went through a full HVAC install at a steady pace with no cut corners. Great communication and work ethic between a lead and team members. Sub contractors (electrician) communicated well for the best possible install of additional circuit, and the final work looks great on the house. Finished up with a duct cleaning by a seperate tech who was thorough, pleasant, and professional. Our HVAC install wasn't without incident however, where the company had the opportunity to do better. In a blood-related injury (of which, the team handled great), the office should have been in contact with us. While the lead took the technician to the ER, a follow up call from the office to check in on bio-hazard remediation would have been appreciated. Blood was from the back room to the driveway, with soiled equipment in the hall. I'm trained in clean-up, but they didn't know that. The typical household should have immediate support during a incident like this. We are also waiting on drywall repairs, as a 10" section of ceiling was punched nearly through. However, still 5-stars, as the company is supportive of their team and customers. We just had a eventful install that requires more from them than is normal.

  My furnace and air conditioner are around 20 years old and need to be replaced. I wanted to get 3 estimates and called Sierra Air since I had used this company before. Carlo came and explained everything to me and gave a price of $29,075 with a $5,000. Discount. My other 2 estimates were $16,000 for smaller units and $15,965 for identical units. Of course I accepted the $15,965 offer from a high rated local company. I called Carlo to say “thank you” and to decline his offer and he said to let him talk to his manager to see if he could come down to meet this price. This was a huge drop in price! Why was it not offered to begin with which I would have accepted! I hope others out there get more than one estimate before having work done.
