  I thank you for sending 2 young men who were courteous, efficient, in helping me to get my plumbing issue completed.   AVOID. We used Riley Plumbing & Heating on June 26, 2026 for a kitchen drain blockage. Their technician cleared the kitchen drain using a 1/4-inch electric snake. I was charged a $125 dispatch fee plus $552.50 for clearing the drain, for a total of $677.50. The invoice specifically describes the work as clearing the line to remove debris, restore drainage and “prevent further blockages or overflows.” The same blockage returned 39 days later. When I contacted Riley Plumbing, they refused to come back and inspect the problem unless I paid for another service call. I told them given circumstances i would not be payjng a other call out fee. They sent a young guy to tell me he was told by management that he wasn't allowed to inspect the issue unless we paid them more money. I contacted management regarding the issue and requested a return call. Management did not return my call. Given that the same problem returned only 39 days after a $677.50 service, together with the wording on their own invoice and their refusal to inspect the issue without another charge, I would not use Riley Plumbing again. AVOID.

  I had a plumbing emergency. No water, so needed this addressed quickly. I called after hours (10PM) and made an appointment from 8AM-12PM the following day. I was quoted $125 for the service call. I stayed home from work for the day to get the issue fixed. 915AM the morning of the appointment I was informed that they had no one to service my emergency but they could come after 5PM for a service call of $450. When I explained my frustration at the bait and switch, I got a lot of excuses about how their after hours team doesn't know their system and misquoted, etc (as if this is my problem? You have untrained people handing the most urgent cases?) When I pressed her on whether someone would actually come this time, she said she'd prefer I took my business elsewhere. I did. Suggest you do the same. They don't do what they say they are going to do and left me and my family in the lurch with no running water.

  Had 3 Rinnai tankless water heaters serviced. Tech took his time and did the job right! All involved--office staff and technician--made this an easy experience. Will definitely call Riley Plumbing next time I need a plumber!
