  So glad I got a second opinion! A wire on our garage door snapped, causing it to jump the track and jam completely. Another company came out and gave us an outrageous quote, claiming everything needed to be replaced. Something felt off, so I called Overhead Door. From the start, they were fantastic. They came out promptly, assessed the situation honestly, and only recommended replacing what actually needed to be replaced, nothing more. They were also incredibly patient, walking me through multiple quotes since I was considering changing up the door style at the same time. No pressure, just options. The work was completed quickly, communication was great throughout, and everyone I dealt with was genuinely kind and professional. This is exactly the kind of company you want showing up at your home. Highly recommend!

  i always use overhead door usually but it was sunday they were closed so my mistake called a1 garage door which was double price or more than overhead door and keep uping the price took them almost 6 hrs inespect your door by time they were done, so told them way too high and told leave i was gonna call overhead door on monday and i did they came out and even clamp mine spring so use mine door till they relace it and two days later replace my door in less time than a1 was try to keep raise their price. im only gonna use overhead door for now on great company and great svc never try to over sell you they just do their job. they just fix whats wrong nothing more they get to point, and dont waste your day by try to oversell you thanks again.

  I be lovin' Overhead Door. I used them a lot on my rental properties, so, naturally, I use them on my three personal garage doors. This morning they showed up, on time, and quickly resolved my garage door issue. They thoroughly inspected the door, and found a tiny stress crack developing that I wouldn't have noticed in a hundred years, and took care of it in minutes. You can't get any better service than these guys.

  I called first thing this morning since my garage door wouldn't open when I was trying to leave for work. They were kind and quick to set up a service appointment. Tyler came out and was able to repair my door quickly and I was thrilled to be able to get to work this morning and not have to waste a whole day waiting for service. Great company and great customer service. Highly recommend them!
