  I believe this was my first time using your service, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The technician came out, performed his inspection, and identified that the AC’s primary drain was not functioning properly, causing all the condensate water to flow through the secondary drain. However, instead of addressing or repairing the root cause of the issue, he only removed the water from the drain pan and left the system as-is. I was then charged $491, yet the actual problem remains unresolved. My concern is that the drain pan will likely fill up again soon since the primary drain issue was never fixed. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service provided. I paid for a solution, but the underlying issue was not corrected. I would appreciate a follow-up from your team to properly diagnose and repair the primary drain problem.

  Chris is an excellent HVAC technician. He really knows his way around a furnace and AC unit. He was polite and patient with me explaining how they worked together and answering all my questions. He even loaned me a semi-portable AC unit which helped my dogs and I weather the 90 degree temps until he got my system up and running.

  Called 6/18/26, was able to come out that day, no waiting. Showed up, tested unit out. Was told my unit was from 2018 even though I had unit installed in 3/22 by Cavallero they installed an old unit & charged me full price. Anyway Hawthorne did the repairs not more than 15 minutes, back up & running. I was given a senior discount, we will all sleep better tonight . Thanks Issac

  I was having issues with my mini splits at my preschool. The company I had previously been using said I needed a complete replacement which meant a huge bill. I decided to get quotes and opinions from other companies ahd Hawthorne was here the next morning. Isaac was very friendly, professional and thorough. He got my system up and running in a timely manner. I will continue to use Hawthorne for any future needs. Thanks Isaac!

  I had a great experience with Hawthorne Plumbing. Randy was excellent to work with. They responded very quickly, replaced my hot water heater in just one day, and the entire process was smooth and professional. The work was done well, everything was cleaned up afterward, and they left the area neat and tidy. I really appreciated their prompt service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Hawthorne Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work.
