  Hawthorn installed my grandmother's new water heater a few years back, she recently passed away and part of dealing with her estate was getting a home inspection done. The home inspector informed us that no earthquake straps were ever installed on the new water heater Hawthorn put it. Its just sad to see a local business taking advantage of a 90 year old women. Just a warning to others.

  I used Hawthorne to replace my old hot water heater and had a positive experience overall. Jessie came to my house and was friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire installation. Hawthorne's pricing was competitive with the other quotes I received. Their turnaround time was fast. They do a really good job of keeping in touch via text and email every step of the way. Highly recommend.

  Jesse did a great job today installing some faucets. He caught a couple of other things in my plumbing that he corrected and even replaced the drywall that he took out for the washer box. Outstanding service, definitely recommend.

  Jessie was amazing! He took the time to get the repair done as scheduled. He was also very knowledgeable about the work he was doing and explained it well. They honored our warranty and we spent nothing out of pocket. Being a Hawthorne customer has never disappointed!

  We all know how difficult it is to find an affordable Plumber in Reno. It's Ridiculous how much plumbers charge for 30 minutes of labor and 20 minutes of travel time. That's why I want to tell everyone who reads this review how awesome Jesse is at Hawthorne Plumbing. He should get a raise Today. He explained my entire piping water infrastructure and sewer piping to me with Extremely knowledgeable information that I did not know about my Iron and Galvanized pipes. Thanks Jesse. Lastly, they came within 3 hours of my phone call because their AI answering system had an option to talk to a REAL PERSON. Thanks to that option I discussed my issue with their home office and they SHOWED UP.
