  Jake, Devon, and Larry did a wonderful job on my tub conversion to a shower. It was a small job but they made me feel like I was just as important as clients having major work done. I was always kept in the loop and knew who was coming and when. It was done in a timely manner, I would highly recommend Gilliam Construction.

  Gilliam Construction enlarged our guest bedroom by removing a second closet and moving a door further into the hallway. The job was all inclusive of wood flooring install, old world texture drywall, and painting the full ensuite. Demo was fast with minimal disruption. Floor transitions were precise. Team was professional, showed up when they said they would, and worked to insure that any small issues we ran into, were worked through together, ensuring a beautiful result. While they were here, I also had them install the same flooring in my Primary Bedroom and walk in closet. Very happy with the results, HIGHLY recommend this local team!!!

  We are very happy with our experience with Gilliam! We had never hired a general contractor and were nervous about embarking on the whole process, but the team did phenomenal work. We are far less afraid of home projects now and would definitely hire Gilliam again! We finished our shower, and it looks very, very nice.

  We called around seeking estimates to repair our garage. Gilliam Construction was the only company to respond. They came out within two days and gave us an estimate which was very close to the insurance adjuster's numbers. They started the job within a week of us settling our claim with a 3rd party for damages. The crews that worked on the project were on time, worked hard, and kept us updated on the progress. Both the job senior lead and his boss listened to our input and were quick to respond. They answered their emails promptly. Overall, they are an excellent company with a great staff and workers. I would recommend them to anyone who wants great quality work done at a fair price and on time.
