- JEJ EricksenJun 19, 20261.0I ordered a water heater from Ferguson, and they held my money for nearly two months. When the estimated delivery date was finally only a week away, they proactively canceled the order, claiming the item had been discontinued. Oddly, the same water heater still showed as available on their website. I called twice and was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I eventually ordered the same item from another vendor, and it arrived within one week. Ferguson tied up my money for two months and showed no concern for the inconvenience they caused. Terrible customer service.
