  Replacing a furnace is something I've only done once in my life. Cool Breeze sales rep Patrick made me a good deal for a high quality Carrier furnace and met my needs for price, financing, and minor duct repair. Allison helped me with the financing application, which I could not have done without her help. Victor and Jeff did a clean, professional job of installation. Great teamwork Cool Breeze!

  Francois and Cody were awesome! Very professional and kind. They did a great job cleaning our AC and maintaining all of the internal components. They offered many recommendations for upgrades to our existing system. We appreciate their attention to detail on our hvac system. We will have them back for our furnace maintenance in the winter.

  I’m so glad I found Cool Breeze for diagnostic and repair of both A/C and furnace. Prompt service for both, and a big high-five for Kyle. He is one of the best techs I’ve had. He identified the problem and explained and showed me what parts were failing and why, and helped me understand the system and the thermostat. Super knowledgeable, courteous and professional. This goes for the staff too. Great company, and I highly recommend to others.

  After purchasing an older home in July, it has been hard to find honest and transparent locally-owned companies. I happened to stop by their Home Depot booth to see what they had to offer. Working with this team has been nothing but good experiences over the last month. Ali was amazing at making sure I had everything in order before she sent her team out so I didn’t waste my money on services that couldn’t be completed. Cody and Francois came to inspect my HVAC unit, schedule my vent cleaning and made sure my gas furnace was all ready for winter. They were completely transparent and didn’t mind explaining my system and what to look for if something goes wrong in the future. I had them give me a few quotes on other services they had to offer, but they didn’t pressure any extra service I didn’t need immediately. It is extremely helpful as a first-time home buyer to have an idea of future upgrades without feeling I need to replace everything all at once. I am happy to work with this company in the future!

  Myles and the office staff taking my call were both great. I called describing my HVAC unit sounding like an out of balance washer machine. And not one person laughed at my description. They went above and beyond to accommodate me today with a speedy repair. Thanks, Jason Griffin Follow-up on my Previous Review: One Week after the Repair, My Whole Furnace needed to be Replaced. This is a 20ish year old system, and Vincente & Jeff were great to have in my Home, they got right to work, and made a Huge project in my Attic seem like Kids play, Thank goodness they were there when I needed you all. This Company is just AMAZing.
