He quickly diagnosed and fixed our AC issue and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We really appreciate the prompt and efficient service. Highly recommended!

  Cody was prompt, communicated consistently before arrival and during His work on our three air-conditioning and furnace systems. His input and feedback was in incredibly valuable, And will definitely save us time and money moving forward. The entire process from scheduling to finished work was competent and a very pleasant experience.

  I had AC tune-up today, I signed up at Lowe’s in Fernley on a Saturday. The call to make the appt came first thing the follow Monday, very nice professional young lady, knowledgeable and accommodating. I receive a text either appt info that evening. Also received a reminder call to confirm the day before my actual appointment. Day of service: I received a call from Cody 1hr before my appointment with an eta. He arrived on time, dressed in uniform in a marked utility van. BTW, for me those little details are very important as a retired in-home service provider! We toured the work areas, he was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. Once he finished, he presented me with a portfolio of all the pictures of my system: areas of concern and specific areas I had questions about. He was very thorough, explained every picture and diagnosis/prognosis. There was no ‘up-sell’ as people call it. I know what areas are failing and what my options are. I appreciate that! My ac unit is 15+ y/o so ‘fixing’ it isn’t an option. I will venture to replace it. I asked about other services the company offers and he provided the info. I will receive a quote for air duct cleaning. I’m very impressed with the interactions from this small family owned business. No franchise bs. Just good, honest work! Thank you, Marci M

  Cody was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to explain the system with ease and made it easy for us to comprehend what was wrong. Unfortunately we ended up needing to replace both our AC and Furnace, but I truly believe Cody tried everything to get us up and running before recommending the full replacement. Cody was here on Friday and his team was able to do the full install come Monday giving us back the much needed AC in 100+ degree heat. Couldn’t recommend Cody and Cool Breeze anymore!

  I just wanted to sincerely thank the Cool Breeze staff for their professionalism, excellent customer service, and their wealth of knowledge working on our HVAC system. Kudos to Mr James McKenzie, Mr Kyle Lenfestey, the installers such as Vincent and his teammate for their time and dedication to describe/explain the installation and/or repairs so I can understand. 5 stars is not enough, but am really thankful that Cool Breeze has an amazing and awesome team, highly highly recommend! -Ro
