AYA Homes is a general contractor serving Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Incline Village, Truckee and the surrounding northern Nevada and Tahoe area. Since 2001 we have built and remodeled homes for owners who want real craftsmanship, clear communication and a project that finishes on schedule. Our work includes kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, full home remodels and new custom home construction, along with exterior painting, stucco repair, roofing and structural repair. We manage design coordination, permitting, scheduling and subcontractors, so homeowners have one point of contact from start to finish.
