He was able to make the repairs on the spot, and the whole thing only took a couple of hours. I definitely recommend the company, as they made the whole process stress-free and simple. Ask for Jose!

- MEMitch E.4 days ago5.0My garage door springs broke on a Saturday morning, so I called a company I had used before and got A Plus. I found out the owner of the prior company had retired. Not to worry, because within 2 hours Jose of A Plus arrived and assessed my door and determined it was structurally sound, but needed new springs and a complete tune-up. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Additionally he repositioned the sensors I had incorrectly installed. He found and fixed the source of a long term persistent squeak. My 35 year old door is like brand new!

Obviously, i was in a panic - since the rollers broke the door came off-track. He repaired the broken rollers, put the door back on track and he was extremely patient with me (and my anxiety lol) and answered all of my questions. Great job John!!!!!!! BTW thank you for the compliments on my dollhouse. I would post a picture but me and my garage door are not on speaking terms right now LOL
