Technician was Ben could spot within seconds what the problem was. He explained everything very well (broken spring) did the repair same day and was great to work with. Even waived the consult fee with out repair. Would definitely recommend!

Never fail he arrived same day and I’m an hour and a half he took care of the problem. He even explained what he did and why, which is very odd in today’s day and age. Hopefully I don’t need to use him again lol. But if I do I won’t hesitate calling them back!

The reviews were accurate! John-Luke came out, quicky assessed the damage, and prepared 3 options at various price ranges. After we made our choice, he immediately set to work. I think the replacement of several parts took about 90 minutes. When he told me to press the button to lift the door, I was impressed by the smoothness and QUIETNESS of the operation. We are very satisfied with this repair and will be recommending John-Luke to others in our community.
