- MPMillstone Creek PresidentOct 19, 20244.0We started off rough in which they dropped the ball on a scheduled 12in wood chipper they lost my reservation and delayed my job. The next day they had the chipper in the yard and we picked it up. Scheduled it for two days started using it and had difficulty shredding big round logs. we returned it and discussed the problem. The manager stated he would make it right and give me a partial refund. They charged me twice in which I made the call to inform them of the double billing. The manager apologized and stated that there would be no charge and he would credit my credit card from the deduction. These type of things happen with scheduling, equipment and billing., there is always a struggle on the other end to compensate the loss of time and money however, in this case, these guys are very honest and upfront, they made it right and credited the full amount back to my card, no charge I would not hesitate to ever rent anything from them again they are upright And a very honest and accountable of doing business thank you so much. They deserve and earn a 5 star tatting.
